Priced at $80,923, the UK-exclusive Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X FQ-400 is touted as the "fastest and most extreme version of Mitsubishi's motorsport derived machine." It's powered by an upgraded 2L inline-4 engine that produces an incredible 403hp @ 6500rpm and 387lb-ft torque @ 3500rpm. Click here for first picture in gallery.

To achieve the incredible 403bhp from just 2.0-litres Mitsubishi has had to significantly revise the FQ-400's advanced powerplant. Motorsport specification high-flow fuel injectors are fitted to the aluminium cylinder head and a new hybrid turbocharger is also fitted.
