Molecular Gastronomy Food Creation Printer

For those who don't already know, molecular gastronomy is essentially a "scientific discipline that studies the physical and chemical processes that occur while cooking." The Food Creation printer accepts a variety of ingredients, deconstructs them, and prints them as edible 3D shapes. Continue reading for two videos on the science behind this process.
