4. Aviator’s Villa

Urban Office Architecture designed Aviator’s Villa, a stunning home located in the Duchess County area of New York. It was designed specially for a retired pilot, and the main motivation was to “explore the idea of flight as a powerful motivator for architectural darings.” This home is comprised of three primary spaces: a 30-feet-tall living room, 40-foot bedroom, and a beautiful library.

3. Transformer Apartment

Russian designer Vlad Mishin wanted to create a living space like no other, and this transforming apartment was the result. Spanning just 645-square-feet, this living space boasts a unique wall structure that rotates, opens and closes to reveal things – such as an entertainment system for the television to a fully function kitchen. A build-in bed, complete with a closet, ensures that no space was wasted.

2. The Garage

Located in Seattle, this creative home by design studio Graypants, is perfect for a warm summer day. The giant windows ensure that you have the best view possible at all times.

1. Iniala

Architectural studio A-cero might have built the most unique looking beach house yet, located on the coast of Natai Beach in Phuket, Thailand. All of the rooms offer expansive ocean views through their floor-to-ceiling windows. The floors and the walls of the rooms are all made from natural local wood. Polycarbonate-based furniture was used to create a seamless, no-joint finish.
