Most Realistic CG Render Ever

The other render we posted a while back might've been good, but this one is just amazing -- by Piotr. Check out the full-sized version here.
..spend like one and half month on it, working by nights. i use maya to create this image, Maya fur, mentalray, and Zbrush 2. Photoshop for the textures and color correction

i disagree. modeling aside, the rendering work on the other pic is amazing. this one is just meh.

this one is a closer up view but the other one has more work done to me. Both are awesome though

Alarm bells ring when I look at this picture. The guy looks ghoulishly false. Realistic CG images are 25 years away.

His eyes are what ruins the pic, he looks like a wax figure
