NTT DoCoMo has just unveiled the N902iX, Japan’s first HSDPA-enabled phone. It features a 2.5-inch QVGA+ TFT display, primary 2.0-megapixel camera, external 0.3-megapixel camera and a miniSD card slot. Available in “Cygnus White” or “Titanium Silver” colors, the N902iX measures 106 x 51 x 25 mm and weighs less than 135g. Pricing and availability have not yet been announced.
