NEC's 3.5-inch SA-SFT (Super-Advanced Super Fine TFT) takes mobile displays to a new level of clarity, offering QVGA resolutions, 1000:1 contrast ratio, and a 170-degree viewing angle. Unfortunately, other specifications have not yet been released. This display will make its debut at SID2006.
