New "Get a Mac" Ads

Apple has just released three new "Get a Mac" advertisements, they include: "Accident", "Angel/Devil", and "Trust Mac". Watch all three after the jump.

Yes, macs sure are nice....gotta love playing..solitare...and...quake 3.... macs are far from idiot proof, and the educated computer user knows PCs will win. btw...f*** apple for throwing mud at pcs...f*** them in their preppy a****.

Hahaha, I don't really care if Apple is dissing PC's. These commercials are getting funnier. I don't really take offense to any of this as a PC user, because I don't really need a commercial telling me what my OS is and isn't. So in the end, these are funny. Yup.

i just love this commercials :P and what about the games just go and run Bootcamp and your done ;) iam only waiting for a Good SLI system from mac than ill buy a Mac Pro whit QuadCore Duel CPU and than i have the 8cores i want for nice rendering in Cinema 4D or 3DsMax

Wait...so windows now has windows defender which to stop spyware? Windows one care which is firewall/anti spyware/ anti virus all in one. So what’s the hell is the point of the Trust Mac ad?

ohhh iv seen these ads on tv and they just get funnier every time. and i hope every body gets a mac so they can see how funny it is.

Yeah!... and f*** windows for stealing every good idea Mac ever had! :) Not that i'm complaining, i'm using both so i dont have any problem there. I really dont understand 'the war'. Everybody knows a Mac just looks better and performs in it's own right. So why not just leave it at that. Both of them can live happily ever after, espacially since Mac ALSO runs windows.. I prefer Mac os X on a mac. Easier to use.. but that's just a matter of taste and opinion.

i find they should use other ppl in the ad. why the boring guy for the pc vista is surely as bling bling as mac os x or women .. they should use women :d

yeah mac needs to get off there high horse the only reason they have money is the ipod and the only reason they have any laptop market share is they can run win yes the only reason macs are now popular is that they can run windows lol dumb

Kaz: Windows Defender and OneCare? You're kidding, right? No anti-spyware program is going to find everything. I wouldn't trust a Microsoft firewall with my life - the firewall built into WinXP Service Pack 2 is abysmal and easy to hack through, so why should I trust their "premium" one?

Regardless if you happen to be a mac fan-boy or a pc-purist you have to give the creative team its due for these ads and for finding a way to play on PC's albeit over stated but still existent short comings. I'm a PC user and Mac doesn't make an ounce of sense for me to purchase but I do enjoy the ads. cheers,

The most funny thing about those commercials is that they work only with people who already have bought Mac's. Neutral people who are looking for a computer relates more to the PC guy (which is played by John Hodgeman, an already loved comedian), they usually find the Mac guy too cool for them and almost arrogant (a guy who played in teen flicks..). In the end they buy a PC (look at sales figures you'll see what I mean). Also nobody (except Mac cultits) believes those lies told in there. I've had Mac's crashing all the time, not recognizing scanners and printers, all the bad things they're dissing PC's for I have experienced them on Mac's. This ad treats us like we're all idiots unless we already have a Mac,.. hmm.. an ad made for people who already own the product, only Apple could've done it.

And the latest Mac "feature" : multiple desktops? They probably didn't stole this idea eh.. :) Both companies copied each other just as much, and you know what? Its good for all of us. Good ideas are picked up and re-used all the time because they're good ideas. But to think every Microsoft idea had is copied from Apple is like saying every ideas Apple had is copied from Xerox (who did invent the computer mouse GUI which Apple then used in Macs) Its incredible what people believe after years of lies and propaganda. I still hear people saying "Apple invented the MP3 Player"... hahahahah, fools. Now what do you believe? :)

I like these ads. They're cute. But they should say "Hi I'm OSX. And I'm Windows." Don't blame the hardware for the OS's shortcommings *cough*linuxfanboy*cough* OSX is sweet. It kicks Windows ass, and the new version (FINALLY!) has some virtual desktops. Spaces and Expose' FTW! (Had it on Linux for years - window managers kids) Vista is eyecandy. Funny thing is all that eyecandy needs a cutting edge CPU/3D card and 1GB RAM to run. (Already have full 3D desktop effects on Linux running on a $10 3D card and a P3 - XGL/Compiz kids) Windows - every idea that someone else already had, poorly implemented.

guess some people don't like the ads because of the people that aren't computer-wise and doesn't know what's going, and buy in to some overstatements. Anyzwayz Macs don't exist anymore imho. They have Intel processors and you can run windows on them. (I hate OSX for personal reasons, and I have worked with both pc and mac in graphical environments) So basically to me Macs are just pc's with special software, motherboard etc, and look d good.

I love these ads! How is the second one meant to promote mac though? Isn't it ironic how a man portraying a PC is wearing a mac? :p

My windows laptop broke down within a year...then i switched to mac and it's everything i could ever want. and if ever i need windows, i'll just download boot camp and run it on my mac! and must i add it runs faster than my broke down p.o.s. windows laptop. at least with apple, you know what computer to get...with windows there are just way too many brands of hardware (and even software) to choose from and I just never know if I make the best choices with them. With mac, I get everything I need all-in-one, and it's better than what i would've thought is the best choice when picking from windows. besides apple prducts have absolutely stunning designs. thanks apple...you're the best! *fade to black*
