GT-R Drone

Nissan’s all-new 2017 GT-R has a top speed of 196mph and can go from 0-60mph in 2.9-seconds, and to put it to the test, the company built a drone capable of hitting 115mph. Now it may not have the range, but it out-accelerates the car to 62mph, managing to hit it in 1.3-seconds. This was made possible with a special custom design optimized to keep drag to a minimum. It’s an FPV-type drone, flown in the same way as competition drones, which means the pilot has a headset that relays a drone-eye-view to him, enabling pinpoint precision.
