According to Geek.com: “Buyers are being approached by sellers that claim to have ridiculously good deals on ‘open box’ iPads. Police note that the boxes are stuffed with corn starch packing peanuts and a few gadget accoutrements are thrown in to complete the illusion. There might even be a real Apple charger and cable in the box, but that’s probably does very little to erase the buyer’s remorse.”
