Motorcars of Las Vegas has officially begun selling the 2007 SSC Ultimate Aero Twin Turbo, which boasts a "twin-turbo V8 mounted amidships [that] puts out 1183 horsepower and 1094 lb-ft torque." Video after the break. Click here for first picture in gallery.
