PICTURES: Data Center Cabling Done Right

These data centers show that cable organization can actually look quite artsy when done right, unlike this. Click here for first picture in gallery.

Having built many a PC in my day, I have a tremendous appreciation for cable organization done right. Generally, I think most data centers are organized halfway decently, but there are quite a few examples out there that are truly hideous

All it takes it just a little time and concentration to get it done right the first time. When i used to work as a high school tech i ended up rewiring the entire network room with our 3 serves from a wire cluster fuck to a nice set up like above on my first day. Now its easy to work around it, adding/removing hardware is easy now!
