PICTURES: Mitsubishi Lancer Prototype S
The Mitsubishi Lancer Prototype S is basically "a 5-door hatchback version of the Lancer that looks to be a Ralliart version of a production car that's bound for the European market." Click here for first picture in gallery.
While it doesn't sound like a 5-door Lancer is being considered for the U.S. market, it wouldn't be that surprising if Mitsubishi decided to field a direct competitor to the 5-door Subaru WRX in the States[via Autoblog]
