PlayStation 3 Broken Straight Out of Box

That's right, PunchJump's PlayStation 3 had a faulty disc drive straight from the box. Video of the issue after the jump.
After attempting every troubleshooting trick Sony said they would replace the defective unit, no word yet from Punch Jump how long they were quoted it taking to receive a new unit. With any luck the guys over at Punch Jump will get their replacement before the New Year
