PlayStation 3 Grill

That's right, a group of modders decided to convert a brand new PlayStation 3 into a functional "George Foreman"-style grill. Two more pics after the jump.
Their mission statement claims that the project was carried out to garner fame and glory, and for a very brief amount of time, they will indeed be on top of the world. Soon, however, everyone will forget about this amusing distraction in favor of playing their new gaming systems, while all these guys will have are a hopelessly outdated PS2 and a couple of leftover steaks

why would you spend $600 or so and buy that, just to do that with it? that is the most stupid thing i've ever heard of or seen. somebody is a few teeth short of a smile.

This is incredibly stupid. I fail to see why there is a sudden uprise in people coming to the conclusion that processors and as such heat-sinks get hot... their purpose to pull heat away from the processor. So big sh*t if its hot enough to cook food on... WHO CARES?!?

You people...do you KNOW how hot processors run? in ANY machine without a heatsink or fan? bunch a people..cooking with a PS3, i could cook with any intel or amd chip

That's retarded...Why would you spend $600.00 on a next gen system and than do that? Maybe they can revert it to it's amazing state, or they just wasted 600 bucks on a foreman grill you can buy for about a 1/6 of the cost

Too bad its a gutted PS3 with a small griddle put inside.....not cooking off the actual PS3 guts
