Pong Clock No More

We all remember the Pong Clock right? Well its creator has just been slapped with a C & D letter from Atari to immediately halt production and shut down his website. On a positive note, Atari has agreed to let Buro's release a limited edition run of 400 clocks. This is what Buro Vormkrijgers has to say:
Basically ATARI demanded we shut down our website immediately, and halt all production. The reason for that; they stated they own the “Pong” name and game characteristics, on which we were infringing in their eyes. Needless to say we were unaware of such possible infringements when we started this endeavour.
