Quake Live Accepting Beta Applications
Id Software is now accepting beta applications for Quake Live, their upcoming "browser-based 'freemium' multiplayer version of the classic shooter." More information. Click here for one more picture.
Integrated with IGA's proprietary SDK, it is the first title in the company's "freemium category", offering premium gaming experiences for free thanks to integrated advertising[via Kotaku]
