Rain-Sensitive Cosmetics Billboard

Graphic artist Leo Burnett has created the world's first rain-sensitive billboard for Max Factor cosmetics. Here's how it works:
The pictured woman sports finely groomed eyelashes when kept dry, but rainy weather creates black runs akin to real life scenarios to presumably suggest that ladies should make haste in picking up the run-resistant flavor of makeup

Seems like a waste of ink and resources, who's going to really know it's because of rain unless it's a rainy day and they watch it? Does it "fix itself" or does the ink or whatever is used need to be reapplied by hand?

My wls surgeon takes skin off. I thought only plastic suregons do that. Is it safe? any one had there skin taken off by a wls surgeon?

I am 19 years old and many times my weight fluxuates i will lose and gain fast. I tried several diets but never stuck with it. I am worried for my health becuase obesity runs in my family i am 4 ft 11 and 140 pounds. My average weight should be much lower. What diets would you suggest?
