Super Hydrophobic Pee

The residents of St. Pauli, party central of Hamburg, Germany, have decided to fight back against public urinators. A St. Pauli community organization coated numerous walls with a super hydrophobic material that causes urine to splash back at public urinators. While some of the walls treated with the substance have been labeled, there are many that haven’t. Continue reading for a video and more information.

“The whole campaign has a silly air to it, but it seems like it might actually work. As one St. Pauli resident warns in the campaign’s video, ‘it’s peeback time,'” says Bored Panda.
