S-XGen Confirmed

Seamless Wifi has just confirmed the availability of its S-XGen device. At $1400, this handheld computer sports a 520MHz Intel Xscale processor, 4-inch screen, 128MB SDRAM, 20GB HDD, 802.11b Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Ethernet. More pictures after the jump.
With Windows CE 5.0 and Microsoft Office Mobile Suite, the S-XGen isn't quite a full fledged UMPC, but that fold out keyboard and abundance of connectivity should give the device a certain edge over some of its Windows-based counterparts
