At just 0.82mm thick, this 2.1/2.2-inch LCD is touted as the "world's slimmest mobile display". Featuring 240 x 320 QVGA resolution, 500:1 contrast ratio, 300nits brightness, and "i-Lens" technology. Commercial availability has not yet been announced. One more picture after the jump.
The new technology allows integration of the entire panel assembly, including a protective layer, into a single, thinner module that is more shock-resistant and easier to read than conventional panels
