Cetizen provides us with a hands-on look at Samsung's SPH-B3100. Similar in size to the Nokia N90, the SPH-B3100 manages to pack a bit more multimedia functionality, with a built-in DMB tuner, rotating TFT-LCD display, FM tuner, 2.0-megapixel camera, TV-out, and a music player.
