Priced at under $900, the 24-inch Samsung SyncMaster 244T offers 1920 x 1200 resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 6ms response time, 500 cd/m2 brightness, and 178-degree viewing angles. Here's the bottom line:

The SyncMaster 244T is the best high resolution LCD monitor I’ve seen at a great price. For all but professional image editors that demand a colour calibrated display, the 244T is ideal for Photoshop work
