While we don’t recommend anyone go out and adding their own art to buildings, some artists actually make a living doing so, like Oak Oak. Not a trained artist, his work normally appears on the streets of his native St Etienne, France, or made on his travels. His favourite artist is Amedeo Modigliani and loves the feel / atmosphere of Saint-Etienne, as he notes it was an industrial city with many coal mines; now it’s in regeneration and still quite poor.
