Sony Ericsson unveils its latest multimedia clamshell for Japan's NTT DoCoMo network. The SO903i sports a TFT-LCD display with Sony's patented RealityMAX engine (brighter/sharper images), a 3.2-megapixel camera, secondary VGA camera for video calls, 1GB of built-in memory, and a music player. No word yet on pricing and availability.
