According to this Consumer Reports chart, Sony and Lenovo laptops needed the least amount of repairs in a one-year (?) time period, while Gateway comes in last, with a 19% repair rate. What are your thoughts? Personally, out of all the notebooks I’ve owned, HP has been the most reliable — no major issues in 4-years. Here’s what The Consumerist has to say:
