Sony VAIO TX3 Ultraportable Notebook

Weighing a very manageable 2.8-pounds, the VAIO TX3 packs an Intel Core Solo or Celeron M processor, 512MB of memory, 40-80GB HDD, digital TV tuner, 11.1-inch display, and a Super Multi DVD burner. External interfaces include two USB 2.0 ports, a FireWire port, 802.11 a/b/g WLAN, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, fingerprint scanner, 3-in-1 memory card reader, and a Type II PC Card slot. It goes on sale later this month in Japan with prices starting at $2,000 -- available in white, pink, black, or blue colors. [via NotebookReview]
