Sony VAIO VGX-XL71S Media PC

The VGX-XL71S is Sony's latest media center PC and it's definitely no slouch . At 430 x 400 x 129mm and 27.5-pounds, it offers 250GB - 1.5TB of storage space for all your favorite media (movies, TV shows, etc.). It's powered by an Intel Pentium D 920 (2.8GHz) CPU, 512MB - 2GB RAM, and a GeForce 6200 graphics module with TurboCache. Other features include DVR functionality, an HDMI port, DVD combo drive, and a 5-in-1 memory card reader. The VGX-XL71S goes on sale June 20th in Japan with prices starting at $1,487. [via Sony]

It looks like an overweight PS2. Even though the specs are good, it's not good looking enough to live in my lounge under my TV.
