Surface Mount Component Remover

Thomas Pfeifer shows us how to remove SMD componenets from old circuit boards by using a clothes iron and tweezers. Video after the jump.
So this method might be helpful for many of hobbyists. I bet in some cases this should be good method to solder BGA packages

it also works when you want to solder the Chips back done this also by droping smal drop of solder tin on the PCB than het it drop in in place and its DONE ;)
