Tesla Mad Max

Tesla Autopilot Software Version 9 has a new feature called “Mad Max” mode, and it’s not what you think. Your vehicle can now automatically initiate an overtake if a slower moving vehicle is encountered in its path with no other cars in the passing lane. Drivers can select their desired aggressiveness, between “Mild” to “Mad Max”. Continue reading for another video and more information.

“As with previous versions of Autopilot, customers are still required to keep their hands on the steering wheel at all times and are reminded to do so intermittently. This safety feature helps to ensure that drivers don�t fall asleep at the wheel or become otherwise occupied while Autopilot is enabled,” reports Car Scoops.
