Finally, a mega USB hub to connect all 31 of your devices. Unfortunately, no instructions were provided on how to build your own. Few more pics after the jump.

Wow!! what a monster of a hub. Must weigh a few pounds also. Luckly I don't have 31 usb devices so it's not for me. If I did have 31 devices, then I'll be reaching for my credit card right now.

"Your computer cann’t manage that much…"
Yes. It can, usb has 16bit PIDs and VIDs... Which I think means a total of 4294836225 unique addresses for all USB products that enumerate. But to make it easy just assume that someone the addressing is taken down to 8bit. That means 256 possible devices at the same time. It could be less, but I know its larger then 32.
The problem is not the device number, its the device power. For USB to be in spec the current draw has to be less then 450mA. Since this guy used some store bought stuff, I bet each baord has its own regulator / supply. I could see how this works fine, even within USB spec.
Cool, except that who needs 32 devices at the same time ?

"Unfortunately, no instructions were provided on how to build your own."
Here are the instructions:
1- Buy 5 7-port USB hubs.
2- Remove the main usb connector from 4 of them and 4 USB connectors from the 5th hub.
3- Solder wires to make your connections.
On the fifth hub you removed 4 connectors leaving 4 free pads right? Ok, good... connect one of these free pads to the, also free, pad on one of the hubs where you removed the main USB connector. You only need 2 wires for each connection.
Repeat this 4 times.
Now try to find a nice 5V power supply that can deliver enough juice for all your USB devices and connect it to every one of the 5 hubs.
That´s it! Should take you no more than 1 hour.
Enjoy your new 31-port Mega USB Hub!
PS. I´ll try to make a more detailed tutorial about this. Hopefully, I will also add some amazing MS Paint diagrams...

Your computer can manage up to 127 USB devices, and a hub only takes up one I/O Address. So YES this WILL work. That is, if it can power all 30+ devices correctly.
