The World's First $4000 Smart Screwdriver

Though it may be a typo, the reviews on Amazon for the SmartDriver prove otherwise. Aside from the exorbitant price tag, it features "an exclusive patented retractable screw-holder with magnetic tip that prevents you from dropping screws." Product page.

Add in an LED work light and a six speed clutch and you have a pretty indispensable little gift, should you be a butterfingers handy man, like me.

Check the link again. It's 40 bucks. I really hope no one paid 4K for it. Looks like they might have though because at $40...it's out of stock. Suckas! Awesome feature though...being up on a 12 foot ladder and having to reach into your tool belt every time you drop a screw is a pain, and rather wasteful if you never go retrieve the dropped screws. The DIY-er may pick em up after, but the union guy hanging sheetrock for 8 hours could probably care less about the few dozen screws he dropped.
