Ok, so it's not the moon you're thinking of, but Saturn's Mimas does bear a striking resemblance to the Death Star nonetheless. This photo was taken by Cassini "detailing the massive 88-MILE wide crater on the moon's surface."

The incredible Herschel Crater spans about one-third of the entire moon's width...the images revealed the crater's walls are three miles high and parts of the floor are six miles deep.
