Beautiful Iceland Waterfall

These look like scenes from The Hobbit films, but it’s actually just Fjaorargljufur, a canyon in south east Iceland which is up to 100 m deep and about 2 kilometres long, with the Fjaora river flowing through it. It’s situated near the Ring Road, not far from the village of Kirkjubaejarklaustur. For those who get a chance to visit, be sure to bring along a GoPro HERO4 Silver (or HERO4 Black) and a DJI Phantom 2 Drone to capture brilliant 4K aerial shots of the landscape.
