At first glance, this may appear to be a brand new Apple Store, but in reality, it's just an ultra luxurious penthouse at Skylofts on Hudson Street in TriBeCa, NYC. This four-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom glass cube has 360-degree views of Manhattan and the Hudson River is owned by by William Duker, a private investor who did a stint in prison for defrauding the government.
