Opel Sleeper Car

At first glance, this looks like a normal Opel Kadett, produced until 1993, but once you see it run at the dragstrip, you'll realize it's actually a 1,257-horsepower sleeper. How is this possible? A heavily tuned 2.0-liter 16-valve engine with a giant turbo, paired with a four-wheel drive system to help it hit 62mph from a standstill in 4.0 seconds, and 124 mph a mere 3.7 seconds later. "In this occasion, it eventually hit almost 315 km/h (196 mph) after a 1/2-mile run, to the delight of the crowd. And the best thing about it is that apart from a few exterior updates and a gigantic intercooler visible from beneath the front bumper, its looks are stock, making it a true sleeper," according to Car Scoops.
