Top 10 Best and Worst Video Game Power Ups

According to the ScrewAttack team, "one of the best things about gaming, the power up has had it's hits and misses." They include: Mega Man 2's Metal Blade, Contra's Spread Gun, and Metroid's Screw Attack. Video after the break.

My favorite is a toss up between Mario 3's Tanooki, Frog, and Hammer Bros. suits.
