5. PSP Keyboard Mod
Though not very practical, this homebrew PSP keyboard mod allows users to create and save text files.
Apparently Logic 3 has been trying to develop a keyboard for the PSP for some time but they’ve been beaten to it by a homebrew hacker, whose new application allows you to save short notes as .txt files on your console
4. PSP Robot Remote v0.3
Netoo is back at it again, he’s released a version 0.3 of his PSP Robot Remote. This version includes a new graphical menu and other goodies that you’ll see in the video.
3. DIY PSP Analog Joystick
If you hate using the PSP’s D-pad, then check out this nifty analog stick hack. Full instructions here.
This is a totally beautiful piece of art which works by utilizing a DIY mini usb type port to to the psp and a mini usb connector to an Analog Stick , this makes it detachable and adds scope to making different addons (steering wheel)
2. PSP Motion Sensor
A modder has managed to create a motion sensor for the PSP — running the game Mercury.
1. PSPhone
That’s right, a modder has managed to create a custom phone chip for the PSP, which amazingly enough, “is able to receive incoming calls, and display the current signal strength.”
Though currently unable to make outgoing calls…PSPhone is also capable of communicating over both CDMA & GSM cellular networks. I’m still working on how to resize it and get it into a mass production.
The pack will contain:
* X1 antenna
* X1 board
* headsets with microphone
* X2 wires
* X1 32 mega memory stick
The antenna to connect to the local network. On the board will be a switch to switch between CDMA network (without sim card) and the GSM network (with the sim card). The wires are to connect the board and the antenna to the PSP. All will cost approximately more or less than $60
