haha loved every moment of it. the happenings don't surprise, i mean it is ford.
but to buy a supercar and to get it two years later - that's a no-no.

Oke if i order a Supercar like a Dutch Spyker whitch has a Long waiting list(2years for the States and a Free move to front of the waiting list if you live in the netherlands ;)) Than you have it sooner and it will not break down.
the waiting list for a Koenigsseg is also shorter but that breaks down every 8000KM or when you drive it of the boat from Sweden for a German car owner. and than it breaks down because the gears where locked :S
but what clarkson has whit his GT40 i have whit the Koenigsseg CCX DAMN ITS NICE AND HAS SPACE!

fords are actually pretty close to toyota and honda when it comes to durability, look at the consumer reports etc.
They are usually the closest American company to honda and toyota, so I dunno what you're talking about. It funny since Clarkson is always jesting about american cars and yet he's had at least three.
BTW that's typical of super cars, Koenigseggs breakdown (i've seen in the news), let alone the super cars that take years to get to the people, that is expected, but Clarkson is just unlucky.

"fords are actually pretty close to toyota and honda"
haha i take it you don't live in the states, do you?
ford has NOTHING on either of them, japanese cars (the popular ones you mentioned) are amazingly reliable in comparison, and also more stylish, if you ask me.
I am yet to see a good design on a large-production Ford.
