Toshiba Dynabook SS MX

Weighing a very manageable 4.2-pounds, the Dynabook SS MX packs an Intel Core Duo T2300 (1.66GHz) CPU, 80GB hard drive, 512MB of RAM, DVD Super Multi drive, and a 4-in-1 memory card reader. A biometric fingerprint sensor keeps your notebook secure. Its bright 12.1-inch WXGA display is perfect for watching DVDs. Other external interfaces include three USB 2.0 ports, a Type 2 PC Card slot, and IEEE 1394 (4 pins) FireWire. Toshiba will release the SS MX later this month, priced at $1,773. [via Toshiba]
