Toshiba Unveils Tecra M7 Tablet

At $1600, the Toshiba Tecra M7 Tablet PC includes an Intel Core Duo T2400 (1.83-GHz) CPU, up to 4GB of DDR2 RAM, 80GB HDD, an NVIDIA Quadro NVS 110M graphics module, dual-layer DVD burner, and a 14.1-inch WXGA+ touchscreen display. External interfaces include, four USB 2.0 ports, a FireWire port, 6-in-1 memory reader, Bluetooth support, 802.11 a/b/g WLAN, and a TV-out port. No word yet on availability. [via DailyTech]
