The Toybox Tiny Home may sound like a playhouse of some kind, but it’s actually a modern house on wheels. Designed by Frank Henderson and Paul Schultz, this $48,000, 140-square-foot trailer home took approximately year to complete, measuring 20′ x 8′ and weighing in at just over 8,000-pounds. Once guests slide open the glass door, they’ll be greeted with a raised loft sleeping area, kitchen, Murphy table with modular seating and a bathroom with toilet, sink as well as a shower.
