Unveiled at CES 2017, the Toyota Concept-i is unlike any other electric vehicle as it boasts a powerful Artificial Intelligence computer system that learns with the driver and that is capable of building a ‘meaningful and human’ relationship with them. It uses multiple technologies to measure emotion and then maps it against where and when it travels, thus improving the quality of life of the driver. However, the driver can also opt for manual mod, with the AI seamlessly monitoring both their attention and road conditions, in case automation is required in emergencies.
