TracVision: DirecTV for your Car

The KVH TracVision A7 is a nifty car accessory that provides "access to 185 channels of DirecTV service as well as an XM Satellite Radio receiver." Expect to shell out $3,000 for this system. Product page here.
...it make the back seat of the Suburban even more like the living room at home. It uses GPS and a 12V mobile receiver that goes on the roof of the car to pick up the signals, and you won't need to buy an entirely new entertainment system; it works with most factory-installed systems

wow, i gotta admit, i work for directv, and this is just impressive, i'm tired of people who don't know how to turn on tvs trying to put up their own dish and call us for help when they screw up. HORAY FOR TECHNOLOGY!
