LAAB Architects transformed a 309-square-feet apartment in Hong Kong into a comfortable living space that includes a full kitchenette, bathroom, workout space, storage, and even a two-tiered home cinema of sorts.



Best of all, many aspects of the home, such as unlocking doors, turning on lights, etc., can be controlled with an app. Even though the apartment may still look small, real estate is extremely pricey in Hong Kong, and even a home of this size could run you upwards of $1,000,000 USD.
