UBiQUiO has just announced the 501, a slimline Windows Mobile 5.0-powered Smartphone that boasts a 200MHz Texas Instruments OMAP 750 processor, 128MB ROM, 64MB RAM, 2.5-inch TFT-LCD display, 2.0-megapixel camera, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity. It measures just 1.4cm thick and will be priced at $567 without service agreement. No word yet on avaliability.
