For those who haven't already seen, the GP2X is a "Linux-based handheld game console and media player" capable of emulating just about every classic gaming console -- including the NES, SNES, Sega Master System, Sega Game Gear, and Neo Geo. It features a 240 MHz host ARM920T + 240 MHz ARM940T CPUs, 64MB SDRAM, 64MB NAND Flash ROM, and a vibrant 3.5-inch TFT-LCD display. Available now here for $189.99. Video demonstration after the jump.
...the GP2X is designed to support video, music, photos, and games in an open architecture, allowing any user to develop software for the device. Room for expansion with future upgrades (new media formats, features, operating system, etc) has been made possible by upgradable flash memory firmware

Hey Anzus, I heard that the only downside to the GP2X are the batteries... Is it true? For how long does the normal AA bateries last?

Awnswer to Drew: Yes, it does emulate DOS computers via DosBox and Bochs (and others) for other x86 os's such as Windows XP and x86 linux, However, I have not seen an n64 emulator. Wikipedia has a good list of stuff it can do and also gp2x.co.uk is another place to look, and do see the video of stuff other than games at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rka-jZgL9W0
OK, I hope thay helped bye!
