VIDEO: Hundreds of Computers Fans Used for Interactive Art

Netherlands-based Studio Roosegaarde managed to put hundreds of computer fans to good use by creating Flow 5.0. This interactive installation "dynamically adjusts the speed and direction of the fans according to visitors' movements." Video after the break. Click here for first picture in gallery.

The installation was constructed as two 10-meter-long walls which immerse visitors in the center of the artwork (and gives them a nice cool breeze while they're at it)

you see, things like this could help with the energy problem. i mean, with people walking by making wind, it spins the fans which in turn spin the motorw on the fan, which creates electric current. why dont we utilize this? if you put something like this in a halway where alot of people would walk by, it could be prety usefull
