VIDEO: MIT Students Develop Voice-Controlled Blender, Great for Making Smoothies

MIT students have developed "Blendie 2000", a voice-controlled blender that is quite strange to say the least, in terms of functionality, but yet fascinating at the same time. Video after the break.

To use it, simply make the kind of sound you'd like the blender to make -- growl, and the blender is set to "low" -- a high-pitched whine kicks the blender into high gear
