It's a giant leap from stating that Apple may rlease something and assuming that it could be the end to the mouse and trackpad. I know this guy who is making a time machine; should I sell my car now and buy one of his time machines when he is done with his research and finally made one?

it is cool as an option, I would love to be able to use it for audio and 3d apps, but gaming (outside of rts) would suck, try to imagine playing an fps with a touchscreen- you wouldn't be able to see the game and you would have to be hunched over the monitor- you would end up either hurting your neck or back

I think there are a lot of stuffs we can do with the multi-touch beside from playing games.... why everyone is so concern about playing computer games?.? if you really love to play games, i think you will really pay several hundred dollars for gaming equipments...personal opinion only.
