(Video) Plen Skateboards

You may have seen the Plen robot in action before, now watch him skateboard. Standing just 0.75 ft tall, the Plen robot is powered by a 32bit ARM7 CPU @ 33MHz, has 18 movable joints, a USB RS-232C interface, and Bluetooth support. It weighs 700g and is available now in Japan at the price of $2,206. Video clip after the jump. [via Robots-Dreams]

For someone whohas everything igeuss.

That is totally gay. I see no use for that at anytime in the world. I don't care if a robot can skateboard. I want it to fetch me sodas and make me sandwiches. It only does like 3 things on a skateboard too, get on, push, get off.
